Our exquisite stallion Shield of Faith by Art Deco by Samber was a substantial Dutch Warmblood/ Thoroughbred. He measured 16 hands with a nine inch cannon bone circumference, and a generous heart- girth. Shield of Faith was registered with both the Performance Horse Registry, which is a division of The Jockey Club, and the Pinto Horse Association of America. He was a chocolate Brown Tobiano, which means his markings were dark patches on a white background. Shield of Faith was of excellent disposition. He had an excellent walk and his trot and canter were rhythmic and powerful. His hooves were strong and he was kept barefoot. He successfully served as a live-cover breeding stallion for several of our Thoroughbred mares. His offspring are grown and perform as pleasure, breeding, and performance mounts in Hunter/Jumpers, Eventing, and Dressage. Shield of Faith is now deceased. He was with us for 24 of his 25 years. He shall be greatly missed. (1993-2018)
This lovely, light bay mare would make a nice addition to your farm with pretty movement and conformation, great ground manners, and a pleasant disposition. Injury prohibits pursuit of performance competition as a future goal. She is by Versarys Poco San, and out of Woolmark by Terrific Son.
